Anthony Medina, MBA

Anthony spent two enlistments in the Air Force and 35 years in the manufacturing industry. From working as a machinist on the shop floor in the Aerospace and Defense industry to Automotive, to Medical Devices and Electronics. Anthony is certified in five different quality systems and standards, as well as Scrum Master and Six Sigma Black Belt certified by ASQ. Anthony is dedicated to serving the quality community by improving quality training and providing superior services faster and less expensive than anyone else.

Stacy Gallow

Stacy is a longtime medical device and pharmaceutical training professional. From her first position as a clean room cleaner to compounding specialist, to quality control, to certified trainer. Stacy’s passion is people and improving the lives of others. Stacy is certified in medical device and pharmaceutical standards as well as being a certified trainer. Stacy has worked as a contract auditor for several registrars as well as taught European standards.

Robert Avalon

Robert “Sarge” Avalon is a Marine veteran and fellow quality standards buff. Starting with Quality Circles in the 1980s to TQM and now Quality 4.0, Robert has been in the trenches from the beginning. An early proponent of Edward Deming and Joseph Juran philosophies, he has led the change to ever-improving quality systems such as Zero Defects. Robert has spent time in Japan learning the Toyota Production System and has spent his time in industry implementing TPS concepts and best practices.
