Scrum Master 1

One two-hour session, 7pm - 9pm EST: Manufacturing, problem-solving and product development is spreading through manufacturing in all sectors. This course gives you the Scrum (agile) framework for managing complex projects and is especially in demand for software development. This course teaches the Scrum cycle, called Sprints in order to focus effort on results while detailing work in increments. Collaboration, flexibility and continuous feedback are all incorporated into this agile framework.
