ISO 19011: Auditing Management and Certification

One four-hour session, 8am - 12pm EST: ISO 19011 is the international standard for auditing management systems. This course covers the principles of internal auditing, managing the audit program, evaluating and training auditors and ensuring effective audits by teaching and practicing proper auditing techniques. This course also includes how to write a Corrective Action and proper audit documentation.
