"I have been training for triathlons, duathlons, 5, 10 & 15K runs, boxing, and cross training with George since October 2011. He is the most creative and adaptive trainer I have been around or worked with. I train with him 5 days a week for an hour each day in addition to my cardio/endurance hours after each of his sessions. He keeps my drive focused and has helped me to continue to progress in all the areas of my training. He has developed technique and performance video analysis of my freestyle swim stroke via comparison with an elite swimmer which we have been using in our weekly swim sessions currently in the lap pool. During the warmer months in the open water of lake Grapevine, he follows me in a kayak for my mile swims. He develops a track workout for me each week where we focus on quick twitch muscle, speed work, and strength and agility drills. He has developed my full body workouts around more free weights super-setted with spin cycle training or explosive jumping drills. And recently we have added more boxing drills and sparring to the training program. 

My performance in every area has steadily progressed over the time I have been working with George and I am able to consistently set new personal best records on a regular basis in every area he is training me. 

I would HIGHLY recommend George for developing athletic training. He is patient, creative and knowledgeable. But most of all, even through all the "grueling torture" of our training program he makes it fun and somehow keeps motivating me to keep pushing when I am ready to quit.
